Romek has been a partner in the Valuations divisions of Deloitte and Grant Thornton. He has over 29 years of valuation experience gained across the world in a variety industries. He has been involved in valuing assets, including IP assets, for both commercial and litigation purposes and has appeared in court as an expert witness on valuation matters in the UK, the USA and Canada, as well as before International Arbitration Tribunals. Romek received a BSc with Honours from the University of Birmingham and is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario, Canada, and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators.
Sandra is an Director in Forensic and Investigation Services - Contentious Valuations division of Grant Thornton UK, and has over 19 years of professional experience. For the last 14 years, she has specialised in valuation and forensic accounting across a range of industries in the UK, the USA and Australia. She has been involved in valuing shares, businesses, hybrid securities, options, deferred consideration and intellectual property, for commercial, forensic and tax purposes. Sandra gained a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and the American Society of Appraisers. Sandra is UK Senior Vice President of the American Society of Appraisers newly established European Chapter.
Constantine has over 19 years' experience in commercial accounting and finance roles, having worked in financial and management reporting, taxation, and mergers & acquisitions. Most recently he was with the National Australia Bank in the group strategy and finance division, and prior to this with the Carlyle Group in the Europe real estate fund. He has experience in a variety of industries, including banking, private equity, real estate, oil and gas, public practice, international trade, and retail, in Australia, the UK and Europe. Constantine received a BBus (Accounting) from Deakin University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Melbourne - Melbourne Business School. He is a member of CPA Australia.
