Romek Matyszczyk

 

Romek has been a partner in the Valuations divisions of Deloitte and Grant Thornton. He has over 30 years of valuation experience gained across the world in a variety industries.  He has been involved in valuing assets, including IP assets, for both commercial and litigation purposes and has appeared in court as an expert witness on valuation matters in the UK, the USA and Canada, as well as before International Arbitration Tribunals. Romek received a BSc with Honours from the University of Birmingham and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario, Canada, and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators.

 

Sandra Mossios

 

Sandra is a Partner in EY's London office (Strategy and Transactions team) focused on large international Contentious Valuations disputes. For the last 20 years she has specialised in commercial valuation and litigation support, having prepared Expert Witness reports for hundreds of large international complex disputes. She has led major international Arbitration and High Court disputes (shareholder disputes, investor state disputes, private equity disputes) in London, New York, and Australia, and for many overseas jurisdictions including BVI, Cayman Islands, Russia, and Sub-Saharan Africa. Sandra gained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Melbourne, Australia, and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and a member of the American Society of Appraisers. Sandra is the UK Senior Vice President of the American Society of Appraisers European Chapter and sits on the Standards Review Board of the International Valuation Standards Council.

 

Constantine Mossios

 

Constantine has over 20 years' experience in commercial accounting and finance roles, having worked in financial and management reporting, taxation, and mergers & acquisitions. Most recently he was with the National Australia Bank in the group strategy and finance division, and prior to this with the Carlyle Group in the Europe real estate fund. He has experience in a variety of industries, including banking, private equity, real estate, oil and gas, public practice, international trade, and retail, in Australia, the UK and Europe. Constantine received a BBus(Acc) from Deakin University, and an MBA from the University of Melbourne - Melbourne Business School. He is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, CPA Australia, and an affiliate with the American Society of Appraisers.
